Lynch Consultants is seeking an Automation Business Analyst , with a solid understanding of the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions, who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference. Work Location and Schedule: This position is mostly remote with occasional onsite work in the Washington D.C Metro area . Must be located in the National Capital Region (NCR). Required Qualifications – Must Have: - MUST have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - MUST have 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst , with 2+ years supporting UiPath implementation or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects. - MUST have experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. - MUST have strong understanding of UiPath components: Studio, Orchestrator, Queues, attended/unattended bots. - MUST have demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering sessions, analyzing business flows,...
