Job Description: A Staff Housing Maintenance person at the Fairmont Banff Springs is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of approximately 460 staff accommodation units. This role ensures the comfort, safety, and functionality of employee housing by coordinating daily maintenance tasks, and responding to service requests. The maintenance person has a critical role in preventive maintenance planning, asset management, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. Starting Rate: $31.09 per hour based on experience & certifications.
