Our Mortgage Team is excited to be hiring a Branch Mortgage Loan Officer in the Madison market —join us in making a lasting impact! The Branch Mortgage Loan Officer identifies and builds both external and branch referral relationships to establish a continuous pool of new and existing members in support of our mortgage market share growth strategy. The Branch Mortgage Loan Officer cultivates external lead sources, direct referrals, branch staff referrals or other leads sources as directed. The Branch Mortgage Loan Officer originates loans by collecting and analyzing member information, determine appropriate mortgage product, advising member of product advantages and disadvantages, initiating loan processing, and providing excellent member service while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies, operational standards, and quality assurance.
