Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center in Winchester, VA is hiring a full- time Client Care Specialist to join our outstanding team! This is a Daytime position - 7a-7p Position Overview: Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is a 24/7 award-winning veterinary hospital seeking a dedicated Client Care Specialist. Our center is a newly renovated, 13,000+ square foot facility with dedicated staff and state-of-the-art equipment (like digital radiography and endoscopy) to offer the highest level of emergency and critical care. As a part of our Client Care team, primary duties will include assessing customer needs, client education, and the coordination of services, treatments, or medical procedures and other activities on behalf of our clients and doctor teams.
