Description Job Summary: Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. The Route Representative is a detail-oriented individual, with good customer service skills. The Route Representative will work closely with the Customer Service Department, and other members of the shipping team in a dynamic, fast-paced evolving work environment. Essential Job Functions and Duties: - Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of cases from our customers in a timely and safe manner - Responsible for working closely with Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction is being maintained - Provide a competent and personable representation of BonaDent Dental Laboratories while on the road - Must drive vehicles to and from destination, adhering to all traffic laws - Carry out case pick-up and delivery from Doctors’ offices - Carry out daily bank and post office run (when needed) - Act as a customer service representative when picking up or dropping off cases - Assist in opening new work and packaging cases in Shipping & Receiving as necessary - Assist with special deliveries, trips and other driving services as needed Approximate Hours: Fill-in only:...
