General Position Summary & Responsibilities The Electrical Maintenance Manager oversees safe plant operations and ensures all safety programs are strictly followed. This role directs and monitors electrical installations, construction projects, and preventative maintenance while supervising and developing Electrical Department staff. The Electrical Maintenance Manager provides technical assistance for complex electrical problems and maintains accurate electrical prints and drawings. This role performs advanced PLC programming and HMI configuration, diagnoses and repairs plant control and automation systems, and collaborates with staff, management, and vendors to resolve issues and drive system improvements.
