Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator – Complex Case Management Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage the coordination of complex patient cases that require multiple clearances, vendor coordination, and insurance approvals. This role is critical to ensuring patients move smoothly through the care process while maintaining compliance with clinical, insurance, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate scheduling for complex procedures and cases requiring multiple clinical and administrative steps. Obtain and track medical clearances (cardiac, primary care, anesthesia, etc.) required prior to procedures. Track insurance verification, prior authorizations, and payer requirements. Coordinate with external vendors and device representatives.
