Sales Representative- OEM Industrial, Power Systems

Job description

Working Hours/Days 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday- Friday, other hours and weekends as needed Basic Duties: - Develop and grow new and existing customer relationships within your sales territory - Identify opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and recommend appropriate engine and power solutions - Plan and execute a strategic sales approach aligned with long‑term business objectives - Deliver effective sales presentations and close business to meet or exceed annual sales goals - Manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline activity using CRM tools - Coordinate proposals, custom engine configurations, and deliveries with internal teams - Stay current on product offerings, factory lead times, pricing, and marketing programs - Maintain a high level of professionalism through ongoing training and industry involvement Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred - Prior sales experience, ideally in a technical or industrial environment - Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills - Ability to understand and explain technical products, applications, and financing programs - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Self‑mo...
