About the Role: As the Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Watlow, you will serve as a trusted partner to leaders across Commercial business groups ensuring alignment between people practices and operational goals. This role focuses on collaborating with functional leaders to execute strategic and global HR initiatives that enhance team member engagement, support business performance, and strengthen organizational capabilities.
