Job Description Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing lean improvement projects that align with strategic business objectives. The candidate will identify and prioritize opportunities to improve flow and eliminate waste, using best-practice lean tools such as Kanban, Just-In-Time (JIT), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Visual Management and others to drive efficiency and business improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The Lean Leader will coach teams and collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Lean Implementation: - Lead and facilitate lean projects across different functions. - Implement lean tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to optimize processes.
