Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Oversee the loading and unloading of catering food, including guiding trucks to and from gates, performing galley audits, assisting with at-risk flights, and protecting D0 performance. - Monitor and control terminal zones, ensuring guides are responding to guide calls. - Support flights at risk and ensure catering is completed in a timely manner. - Ensure drivers update PDA devices and comply with O2P requirements. - Monitor DCI departures and address FACTS comments. - Ensure drivers return to the unite promptly and are not idling on the ramp. - Tra...
