JOB SUMMARY: The Seasonal Grower Relations Assistant reports to the Grower Relations Department and oversees the collection, accuracy, reporting and distribution of daily wine grape information used for scheduling purposes for all facilities. During our high-volume peak season, it is difficult to accommodate any extended time off. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Contact Growers and schedule delivery of grapes to various winery locations. - Building and changing of a weekly schedule based on allotted space. - Confirming that Truck Liability Certificates and pesticide use reports are on file and approved before delivery of grapes. - Monitoring daily brix levels and deliveries (loads) dail...
