Senior Employee Development Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company’s Renton Foundational Training Center has an exciting opportunity for Senior Employee Development Specialist to join our 737 Training team in Renton, WA. The 737 Training team is responsible for the delivery of Technical Learning Solutions for the Fabrication, Assembly, and Delivery of Aircraft and other Aerospace Products. As an Employee Development Specialist within 737 Training team, you will handle a diverse range of responsibilities to assist our Production Operations and Quality Business Partners. Position Responsibilities: Perform as an instructor in specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise (Seal, Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Quality, Systems, etc.) Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching and team coaching, observing and tracking student performance, adding key insights to enhance the delivery, conducting preparation, delivering and rostering training to satisfy training requirements Conduct training utilizing a variety of delivery methods and techniques, and customize learning programs, courses,...
