We are seeking a highly capable and resilient Project Manager to join our growing operations team in Swan Hill. This is a challenging and high-responsibility role that requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to deliver under pressure. You will manage furniture and fit-out projects from initial order through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position carries significant operational responsibility, including coordination of staff, contractors, and cross-departmental teams. It requires someone who takes ownership and is committed to seeing projects through to completion, even when challenges arise. Flexibility is essential. Some projects may require occasional overnight stays and travel depending on site requirements.
