Role Summary This role sits within Global Sales Management in Global Distribution and accelerates AI outcomes across GD through vision, strategy, and client and field engagement. The Director shapes a focused portfolio of AI capabilities, translates distribution and client needs into clear priorities, and drives adoption through executive influence, storytelling, and cross functional partnership. The role demands someone who can lead enterprise-level conversations with senior stakeholders, bridge business and technology, and build momentum across complex matrixed organizations as we deliver key capabilities. Responsibilities: Product Vision & Strategy Development Develop and articulate a strategic vision for scalable AI products across Global Distribution Lead end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation to production Define AI roadmaps, manage development cycles, and identify patterns across GD use cases to prioritize highest-impact opportunities Advocate for ethical and responsible AI use Thought Leadership & Enterprise Engagement: Serve as a recognized thought leader on AI within Global Distribution and across the broader firm Lead enterprise-level conversations with senior dis...
