Job description

As the Business Insights Manager , you will lead a team that is responsible for synthesizing complex data to deliver meaningful, actionable business insights and strategic guidance to our business partners. You will oversee centralizing analytics, research, and optimization efforts to inform both high level strategy and tactical decision-making across the firm. This role will be critical in evaluating the impact of various services, products, and business initiatives through reporting and analytics to provide insights and recommendations that will drive strategy on business improvement and opportunity. You will apply your domain expertise to train and lead a team of Business Insights Analysts in providing predictive, prescriptive, diagnostic, and descriptive data analytics to support business initiatives and data requests. You will also enforce the adoption of Data Governance within your team.
