About the role We’re hiring a Data Platform Product Manager focused on Data Foundations & Insights to help Chime scale how data is built, accessed, and used across the company. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to translate complex stakeholder needs into durable, scalable data products. You’ll act as an embedded product partner within XFN squads, owning data foundations that improve time-to-insight, self-serve capabilities, and data trust as Chime continues to grow. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $207,000.00 and up to $244,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is in-office in San Francisco Monday-Thursday.
