Position Summary: A Mill Operator is responsible for ensuring the mill is producing a quality product as specified by the Nutrition Quality Department and confirmed by outside lab. The operator reports to the Plant Manager. This is a night shift position 6p-6a. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: The individual is responsible for maintaining compliance with the Mandatory Standards and Requirements (MMSRs) within their sphere of influence. This may include compliance with any air permits, wastewater permits, storm water permits, or other rules as presented to the employee as requirements.
