What You’ll Do: - Lead and perform appliance installations in residential settings. - Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs, safety standards, and client expectations. - Supervise and train junior installers, fostering a culture of excellence and safety. - Conduct site assessments and post-installation quality checks. - Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate schedules and resolve issues. - Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls. - Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges with professionalism. - Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. - Stay current on product knowledge and installation techniques. - Travel regularly within your assigned market using a company vehicle. What You Bring: - High School diploma or equivalent. - 5+ years of appliance installation experience or 2+ years as a Certified Installer at BSI Inc. - 2+ years of leadership experience (preferred). - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with hand tools and interpreting installation instructions. - Valid NM/TX driver’s license and DOT certification. - Basic computer skills (Outlook, SharePo...
