The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions. We’re looking for an EHS team member who can keep up with the pace of tunneling operations and proactively manage risk in a high-pressure, underground environment. This role supports a hard rock Main Beam TBM project and requires a sharp, field-first safety mindset. You’ll be embedded with operations teams to ensure compliance, drive safe behaviors, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental outcomes.
