Job Title Airtable Administrator Job Description: I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives. We are seeking an experienced Airtable Administrator to join our growing organization. This individual will play an integral role in designing cross-departmental workflows that improve collaboration, operational efficiency, and data flow across teams. The role will partner closely with revenue, content, production, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable Airtable solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Airtable’s platform and technical capabilities, including integrations with other systems, to build efficient, sustainable workflows. II. Essential Job Functions: Design and build advanced Airtable bases, data structures, automations, and interfaces that leverage Airtable’s low-code capabilities and, where needed, incorporate custom scripting and technical components such as JavaScript, JSON, and HTML.
