Job Description: ● Instructional Planning: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons tailored to the needs of each child. ● Collaboration: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. ● Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and monitor the progress of children, adjusting instructional strategies and interventions as needed. ● Behavioral Management: Implement behavioral management techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive social skills. ● Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and communication with parents and other team members. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Education/ECE. Certification: Possession of appropriate P-3 teaching certification in New Jersey.
