Where you’ll work: Our flexible hybrid work model provides the option to work remotely or from an office location. How you’ll contribute: As the Director of Procurement, you will lead the enterprise Procurement function (6 direct reports, 2 indirect reports) and partner with Brighthouse Financial business leaders to shape and execute a strategic sourcing program aligned to the company’s financial, operational, and expense management objectives. You will build trusted enterprise partnerships, apply strong financial and risk judgment to sourcing decisions, and model Brighthouse Financial’s values while delivering measurable, sustainable results. This position reports to the Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Expense Management.
