The Associate, Creative Content Strategy supports the planning and execution of Lafayette 148’s digital storytelling across platforms. Working closely with the Senior Director, Creative Content & Copy, this role is instrumental in bringing seasonal campaigns and brand narratives to life across paid media, social, email and ecommerce. The role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of campaign development, from early creative planning through digital execution and is ideal for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands on execution. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Operational Support Creative Content Strategy & Campaign Support Photo Shoot Planning & Production Support - Connect campaign strategy to channel execution by identifying content needs early and coordinating planning across creative, marketing and ecommerce teams. - Build decks and presentations for campaign planning, leadership reviews and content recaps - Maintain content calendars and campaign timelines - Support exploration of emerging AI tools and technologies that can streamline content planning, briefing and workflow management - Partner with the Senior Director, Creative Content & Copy to support digita...
