Audubon is currently seeking an HSE Manager to join our team in Off Site Office. The HSE Manager will provide functional support, guidance and leadership from the HSE Department to Audubon company wide. Liaise with the Audubon Enterprise HSE office to ensure that HSE systems are implemented and complied with and Provide instructor lead training. Lead the implementation of all HSE requirements. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Administer the Corporate/Client health, safety and environmental programs at multiple job sites. - Advise project management in the health, safety and environmental areas. - Coach mentor and support the Audubon Field Solutions Management Team in all health safety security and environmental matters. - Conduct surveys, audits, investigations, and gather information and data as required. - Compile and maintain project related HSE Performance reports. - Maintain current knowledge of applicable rules and regulations including, but not limited to OSHA, MMS, EPA and company policies and procedures. - Initiate and maintain safety awareness programs to improve employee awareness. - Provide guidance to project management through interpretation of the company/client/regulator...
