About The Role The Production Manager will be responsible for safety, quality, people management, area layout, and process control. Responsible for providing leadership and direction to assigned department(s), product line(s), and teams to meet production goals and meet customer specifications. Responsibilities: Safety: Adheres & manages all safety rules and regulations to assure a safe environment for all employees. Verifies that all assigned personnel have received all required safety training. Assures assigned personnel maintain a neat, orderly, and safe condition by deploying 5S. Participate in safety audits and incident reporting. Quality: Ensures personnel are trained to company quality standards and audits to the standard. Along with Engineering, Quality Control, and Service Dept, ensures that products meet company standards and are built to drawings or specifications using approved methods. Follows all Engineering and Manufacturing memos. Follows all routings set-up for parts. Follows all cut sheets.
