Department: 34000 Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital - Administration: Nursing Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Weekday, varied hours Areas of oversight include: - Medical-Surgical Units - Nursing Float Pool - House Supervisors Pay Range: $68.20 - $102.30 Major Responsibilities: - Provides direction and support to nurse leaders at all sites of care to help the leaders execute the enterprise nursing strategic plan in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring achievement of targeted outcomes. - Oversees the development and implementation of enterprise-wide nursing processes by collaborating with nurse leaders on planning, execution, and reporting of clinical and corporate performance, with a focus on optimal quality and cost containment in accordance with the strategic plan. - Monitors progress and assess risks for nursing-led initiatives, working closely with nurse leaders and the performance management team to leverage business intelligence data and improve operational best practices at the site level. - Mentors site level nursing leaders on performance improvement activities and sustainment in response to impro...
