Company Description $20.00/hour + $3.00 (15% Shift Differential) = $23.00/hour Must be willing to train on 1st or 2nd Shift for at least 90 days before transition to 3rd shift. Piece Rate Production Bonuses: Eligible on Day 1 Profit Sharing Bonuses: Eligible after 6 months and a full quarter of employment distributed every quarter!
