Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America) The principal accountability of this position is to provide clinical system support for Athena Health. Work with clinical staff to improve, build and maintain Athena Health and other modules as well as complete projects that are set by manager . Accountable for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all administrative, financial and clinical data. Clinical system analyst must attend training, system design, testing and implementation for Athena Health and other EMR’s . Investigate and troubleshoot concerns or issues reported by users. Communication and follow up with the system vendor and other analyst. It’s also important to attend meetings and participate in on-call schedule. To maintain clear communication Clinical system analyst must work collaboratively with other staff within IT to collectively achieve goals and resolve issues.
