THE JOB: As a Customer Representative, you will be the friendly voice that helps guests book their stays and plan their visit. Your job is to make each guest feel welcome and ensure their experience is memorable, from the moment they call to the end of their stay. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Help guests book hotel rooms (casino, regular, and convention), restaurant tables, entertainment, and special events.
