Job description

Job Overview: Performs scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment to ensure reliability, efficiency, and safety. Identifies and addresses potential issues before they result in equipment failure, minimizing downtime and costly repairs. Key Responsibilities: - Scheduled Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other building systems according to a preventive maintenance schedule. - Equipment Monitoring: Track performance of critical equipment (chillers, boilers, generators, pumps, etc.) and identify signs of wear, leaks, or malfunctions. - Repairs & Adjustments: Make minor repairs or adjustments to prevent system failures; escalate technical issues to licensed trades as needed. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work, inspections, and equipment performance.
