Job Description Summary The Licensed Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) reports to the Division Director. Provide a wide variety of direct therapeutic social worker services in an outpatient psychiatric setting for a complex caseload of patients including psychosocial assessment, active treatment, case management, and related documentation in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
