Optiv Cybersecurity Education is uniquely positioned to deliver empowering security awareness solutions for the human side of cyber. The Cybersecurity Education Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and supporting high-quality cybersecurity learning experiences for external clients. This role blends instructional design , eLearning development, phishing simulation, platform administration , and client engagement ownership . The ideal candidate is a hands-on learning professional who can translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences while independently managing multiple workstreams and maintaining exceptional quality and delivery standards. Prior experience in security awareness or knowledge of application security and cybersecurity best practices is preferred but not necessary.
