Full-time (80 hours biweekly) Weekdays, daytime hours: Occasional on-call: Locations will cover: York and Gettysburg Program Summary: Join a team where nursing skill meets compassion and purpose as a Nurse Manager for the York and Adams Crisis Walk in Centers. You will be providing leadership for immediate, in-person support for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Built on a trauma-informed approach, the program offers: - Rapid assessment - Stabilization - Connection to ongoing care in a safe, welcoming environment - Offers access to timely mental health services in our community General Summary: Manages the daily operations and work activities of professional nursing and nursing support staff on assigned unit. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Recommends staffing levels as per professional organizations’ staffing guidelines.
