Job Responsibilities: Our award winning Executive Pastry Chef Ned Archibald is looking for an Intermediate Baker/Pastry Cook to join his team at the Keystone Conference Center. This position is responsible for: - Producing all pastry, desserts, and breads as need daily - Baking and bagging cookies for front desk cookie giveaway program - Producing all cakes, pies, and baked goods for banquet functions - Producing daily pies, biscuits, and ice cream for stable sleigh/hay rides as needed - Following and adhering to all SOP’s and recipe’s as directed by pastry chef - Accurately measuring and weighing ingredients - Decorating occasion cakes - Producing all breakfast pastries for restaurants and banquet functions - Recycling all materials accepted as well as compost program - Cleaning bakery as needed including floors, coolers and freezers, and equipment - Occasionally washing pots/dishes if necessary - Participating and assisting in the set up of buffets in the Conference Center as well as all other Keystone locations - Training new employees as needed Job Qualifications: - At least 2 years experience baking and/or pastry production within a commercial retail bakery, restaurant or reso...
