ROTARY HOSPICE STRATFORD PERTH: NOTICE OF VACANCY: POSITION: Clinical Resource Nurse: Full-Time permanent Position 37.5hrs weekly: Monday-Friday with flexibility & on-call responsibilities. COMPENSTION: Salaried position $74,464 - $97,410 Benefits and pension plan: Personal paid days: POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the interprofessional collaborative team within a residential hospice setting, the Clinical Resource nurse (CRN) is responsible for coordinating and implementing resources to enable the clinical care team to provide exceptional palliative care. The CRN supports the development of the clinical care team, fostering empowerment through knowledge, to achieve excellence in the delivery of evidence-based practice within the hospice. REPORTS TO: Director of Resident Care (DRC) DATE REQUIRED: Position will remain posted until filled.
