Job description

Qualifications: - Acknowledge every guest with a prompt and friendly greeting - Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail order - Prepare, garnish and serve cocktails to customers following hotel guidelines - Clean and organize bar to beverage department standards - Prepare order to replenish stock at bar to pre-determined par levels - Provide exceptional service to customers while maintaining high standards of service - Follow departmental cash handling policies and procedures - Prepare cocktails for food server, cocktail server, Gilley Girl & Guests - Maintain bar cleanliness to beverage and health department standards, ensuring correct health and sanitation practices are followed - Work station must be maintained and left stocked and cleaned for next shift - Ensure the correct glassware/stemware is used according to Beverage Department and Gilley’s standards - Take food order & service guest dining at the bar - Greet each guest with a smile - Polish glassware - Wine and champagne service - Handle cash, credit cards and room charges in accordance with departmental policies - Assist new employees with training and answering questions - Check IDs if the guest ap...
