We are seeking a motivated and customer - focused Product Store Team Member to support daily operations at our Columbia Product Store. This role is ideal for an individual with home improvement or construction related experience who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and driving sales within a team environment. Qualifications: - Assist customers in-store with product selection, recommendations, and purchases - Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment - Communicate with contractors and internal teams to promote products and drive sales - Proactively reach out to contractors within the company to generate and maintain business relationships - Provide product knowledge and guidance related to home improvement materials, including block and ready-mix products - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and inventory as needed - Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and performance targets - Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience - Follow all company policies and safety standards - Previous experience in home improvement, construc...
