The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Dual Front Office Manager to oversee front office operations at our dual-brand Marriott property: Aloft and Element Miami Doral. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient daily operations, and strong team leadership across both hotels. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and experienced in managing high-volume, service-focused environments.
