Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

Job description

The Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) supports the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes and provides financial and operational analysis to help inform leadership decision-making. This role works in partnership with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Controller, and program leaders to support timely reporting, performance monitoring, and financial oversight of contracts and agreements. The Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) helps ensure that Northeast Arc’s resources are aligned to advance its mission of empowering people with disabilities to live, learn, work, and fully participate in their communities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in alignment with organizational priorities. - Develop and maintain recurring management reports, dashboards, and month-end reporting packages to support review of trends, risks, and variances. - Partner with the Controller and finance team to support alignment between financial plans and actual results, including month-end processes and key accruals. - Provide financial oversight for state and government-funde...
