Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide full-cycle recruitment support for roles across all areas of the organization and it's education units. This is a shared services role that will support hiring for faculty and staff roles nationally and is expected to run 3-6 months. This is a remote position with core business hours of 8-5 EST Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: Candidate Management – 50% - Develop recruiting action plans that align with business strategies to support hiring timelines. - Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary expectations, relocation needs, technical skills, and core competencies and presents them to appropriate hiring teams. - Facilitate thorough interviewing process that maximizes efficiencies, establishes accountabilities and enables predictability and retention. - Facilitate candidate pre-employment testing/evaluations. - Negotiate offers; close or pre/post close candidates. - Understand candidate’s needs along with current industry and organizational compensation trends. - Ensure that all candidates have a highly positive experience during the recruitment and selection process. -...
