the D Casino & Hotel JOB TITLE: Cook 1: DEPARTMENT: Downtown Restaurant Group JOB SUMMARY: Cooks are responsible for preparing various menu items in accordance with procedures. Monitor food and refrigeration temperatures as well as the quality and freshness of all food items.
