Play a key role in shaping our performance across our ARC business. Reporting to the Area Manager and based at our Ballina site, you will be responsible for managing some of our largest existing accounts, winning new business and expanding our customer base. You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success. Working in conjunction with the Area Manager and your peer network you will help drive a culture of work smarter not harder, through innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiencies. The focus of this role is driving new business growth through strong customer relationships and proactive sales activity. You’ll be target-driven, motivated to achieve results and confident building rapport with customers to deliver the right solutions.
