Day.™ Who You Are: As the Senior IT Support Engineer, you will bring your technical expertise and collaborative approach to serve as the hands-on execution partner and day-to-day owner of IT Operations at Supergoop!. On any given day, you may set up a new hire's laptop and monitor, troubleshoot Wi-Fi, lead a new systems rollout, automate onboarding, tighten identity and access controls, or partner with vendors to modernize our stack. We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the business, can flex between end-user support and systems ownership, and takes pride in excelling at both. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of IT.
