Job Description: The Business Unit (BU) Quality Director–provides senior leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all quality activities across the BU, from capture through project execution. This position is embedded directly within the BU as a core member of the BU leadership team, shaping strategy, influencing decisions, and driving operational excellence across programs. This role is organizationally aligned with the Corporate Quality function, ensuring consistency with corporate standards, processes, and expectations.
