The Chicago based Partner Sales Manager expands reselling and service partnerships across a large North Central US territory to accelerate regional revenue. Supporting a "Partner-First" model where 98% of transactions include a partner, the team focuses on driving field alignment and sales velocity through strategic alliances. This role is responsible for executing joint business plans with Resellers, Distributors, and MSPs to increase partner-sourced pipeline and market penetration. Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard strategic Resellers, Distributors, and MSPs in the Chicago/North Central region to meet specific regional coverage and revenue targets. - Execute joint business plans with partners including defined technical enablement paths, localized marketing initiatives, and mutual revenue goals. - Align North Central channel partners with Axonius Sales, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams to manage account mapping and opportunity execution. - Manage regional partner operations, including the negotiation of partnership agreements, commercial models, and the delivery of sales and technical certifications.
