Communications Manager

Job description

Novo Nordisk Canada is seeking a communications Manager to deliver integrated internal and external communications that strengthen employee engagement, support leaders, and protect and enhance corporate reputation. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to localize global priorities, develop high-quality content, and measure communications impact in a regulated environment. Key responsibilities: - Execute integrated communications plans across internal and external channels; localize global campaigns for Canada. - Manage and update digital channels (intranet/SharePoint, newsletters, email distributions, corporate web pages). - Create and maintain communications assets (key messages, speaking notes, presentations, town hall materials, unbranded/disease-awareness content), coordinating required reviews (e.g., medical/legal/regulatory/compliance). - Define KPIs and evaluate channel and campaign performance; translate insights into continuous improvements. - Provide communications counsel to senior leaders; support external positioning, stakeholder communications, and issues response. - Monitor media/social and the external environment; produce insights and support issu...
