The Enterprise Applications Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support across all enterprise applications, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction. This role includes day-to-day administrative tasks in SAP, Move-IT, and document management systems, while acting as the first point of contact (Level 1 support) for all enterprise applications.
