Pay Range: $50.54 - $75.81 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. HSHS St. Vincent Hospital is seeking a Manager to join our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) and Cardiovascular Care Unit (CVICU) Teams. Our ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of critical care experience and 1-2 years progressive nursing leadership experience as well. We have a high focus on safety and quality, process improvement and best practice. Position Specifics: - Department: IMCU/CVICU - Core Function: Leadership - Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Day Shift - Facility: St. Vincent Hospital - Location: Green Bay, WI Education Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required. - May consider a candidate who is currently enrolled and a bachelor’s of nursing (BSN) is obtained within 2 years of hire. Experience Qualifications: - 3 years staff nurse (RN) is required. - Demonstrated progressive responsibility is preferred.
