Overview Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is seeking a Salt Waste Processing Facility (SWPF) Shift Maintenance First Line Manager (FLM) to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site (SRS). The SWPF Shift Maintenance First Line Manager (FLM) is responsible for the direct supervision of mechanics, ensuring work is in compliance with Work Control, Safety, Quality, and Conduct of Operations. Typically reports to and takes direction from the shift manager.
